CIPREC provides employees, patients, sponsors, suppliers, and other interested parties with a confidential channel to report concerns or complaints related to:

Inappropriate ethical conduct

Clinical research and patient protection

Social or environmental practices related to the institution's activities

Regulatory or compliance violations

Conflicts of interest

Conduct of employees, physicians, suppliers, or sponsors

This channel is not intended for: general administrative complaints, appointment requests, or commercial inquiries.

How to Submit a Report

All communications must be sent to the following email address. They are initially received by the Administrative Management and, when admissible, reviewed by CIPREC's Executive Committee.

Process and Timelines

Acknowledgement of Receipt

Confirmation that the communication has been received.
Within 5 business days

Preliminary Admissibility Review

Administrative Management assesses whether the report is admissible for review by the Executive Committee.
Up to 10 business days

Analysis and Resolution by the Executive Committee

The reporter will be informed of the progress and outcome of the case whenever possible.
Up to 30 business days

Confidentiality and Protection

CIPREC guarantees the confidentiality of all information received and prohibits any form of retaliation against those who use this channel in good faith.

If the report involves the Administrative Management, it may be submitted directly to the Board of Directors.
